1) Each tour group will designate a lead tour host who is responsible for the organization and safety of the group and payment of the fees for attendees. Slots are not reserved until payment is made.
2) The hay wagon leaves promptly at the start of the tour time. The tour leader must have the group ready to board the hay wagon 15 minutes before the tour. If a group is late for the tour, the end time does not change. The hay wagon will return the group(s) to the parking area no more than 15 minutes prior to the end time. Arrange transportation accordingly.
3) The wagon driver will show guests the size of pumpkin to pick. The tractor drive will collect payment for anything larger.
4) SAFETY IS A PRIORITY AT BRAND FARMS AND ALL RULES AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED. All tour guests will follow the directions of Farmer Aaron or tractor driver. Children will be chaperoned at all times on the property. Anyone not adhering to the safety rules will be asked to wait on the wagon with a chaperone until the wagon is ready to return to the parking area.
5) In rare cases, some activities may be impacted by unexpected circumstances at the discretion of the farm.
6) If Brand Farms cancels the tour due to weather, it will refund fees. If the group cancels the tour 7 days or less prior to the tour, fees are not refundable.
